She Can Code Competition Terms and Conditions

We hope you'll take part in She Can Code 2019!

  • Only entries received between 12:00am 20 May to 12:00am 27 May 2019 will be accepted. An entry is made by entering the number of coders into our map on the event page.
  • Groups need to be coding in a single session and at a single location, but do not need to be a single organisation. Schools, clubs and community groups can join together to form a larger group!
  • Coding sessions must be for a minimum of five minutes. You can code whatever you want, but we've also put some beginner projects on the event page to help you out.
  • To be elegible for the competition, group counts must only include children 5 - 18 years old, and who identify as girls or non-binary children.
  • There are two prizes: 1) Largest single group coding, and 2) A general prize draw for all groups. Any group who meets the elegibility criteria above and participates will automatically be entered into the draw. Prizes to be comfirmed!
  • If you have any questions please contact [email protected].
